## Description

Howden is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their Renewals Sales Team. As a Renewals Sales Team Member, you will manage a pipeline of Private Medical Insurance (PMI) policy renewals, ensuring clients are contacted in a timely and structured way ahead of their renewal date.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a pipeline of PMI policy renewals

- Maintain accurate client records and manage workload effectively across multiple systems

- Work to, and consistently achieve, daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Take ownership of personal performance, actively seeking feedback and continuously improving call quality and outcomes

- Stay up to date with product knowledge, insurer changes, and market developments

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, along with email contact

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products

- Deliver clear, compliant advice in line with regulatory standards

Requirements:
