Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing remarkable service to customers

- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products

- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to the changing demands of the retail environment

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your schedule will be: Week 1: Weds 18:30-22:30 Thurs 18:30-22:30 Fri 18:30 - 22:30 Sat 18:30-22:30

Week 2: Sun 16:30-20:30 Tues 18:30-22:30 Thurs 16:30-22:30
