## Description

The Hampshire Clinic, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a salary of up to £55,000 per year, depending on experience, training, and qualifications.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy to support the hospital's business growth targets. Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with referrers, including GPs, consultants, corporate clients, insurers, and other local healthcare professionals

- Conducting regular outreach visits, calls, and events to promote hospital services and maintain a strong presence in the community

- Working with consultants to support the growth of their private practice, including profile-raising activity and patient engagement initiatives

- Planning and executing local marketing activities, both digital and offline, to promote key service lines

- Managing the hospital's online presence to ensure accuracy and consistency

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, ideally within healthcare or a customer-focused industry

- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills

- Ability to work independently onsite with a self-starter mindset and a focus on results

- Skilled in event planning, campaign coordination, and local outreach activities

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Confident with data analysis, reporting, and CRM platforms

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
