## Description

As a District Sales Manager at Red Bull, you will lead a team of Account Sales Managers, driving sales volume and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your main responsibilities include:

- Establishing Sales and KPI targets for each Account Manager and overseeing their progress

- Maintaining regular communication with retail partners and decision-makers to implement national and local programming

- Spending 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate the performance of Account Managers

- Teaching Account Managers selling skills and conducting regular meetings and workshops to improve operational expertise

- Building a diverse organisation that reflects the marketplace and exemplifies Red Bull's values

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management

- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000.
