A customer's shopping journey doesn't end in store, and neither does our brand. Behind every great customer experience is a world-class supply chain and our new Lichfield Distribution Centre will play a vital role in ensuring products reach our customers when and where they need them.

This isn't a store. It's a fast-paced logistics operation where thousands of products will be received, processed and dispatched every day.

**What you’ll do**

Your key accountabilities will include:

- Supporting the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the site through effective facilities management, maintenance coordination, contractor management and workplace services

- Being the subject matter expert and advisor on statutory building compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, asset management, CAFM and hard and soft FM services

- Managing contractors and service providers, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, controlling costs and identifying improvements

- Supporting mobilisation and stabilisation, including asset handover, compliance documentation, maintenance arrangements and defect management

**Who you are**

Your skills and experience will include:

- Practical FM experience in logistics or similar, with good contractor management and compliance knowledge

- IWFM (desirable)

- Hands on! Comfortable getting into the detail, managing suppliers and driving things forward

- Adaptable and receptive to new ways of working and willing to adjust to changing demands and circumstances

- Excellent communication skills and thrives in a pressurised environment, adapting to changing requirements
