## Description

Join Intermountain Health as an Advanced Practice Provider- Medical Oncology at the Gossner Cancer Center in Logan, UT. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and excellent patient experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct new hematology consult appointments

- Conduct follow-up appointments for patients with benign hematology diagnoses

- Monitor active chemotherapy patients and manage chemotherapy-related side effects

- Provide care in the Infusion Center

- Round at the hospital as needed during clinic hours

**Requirements:**

- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

- Unrestricted license as an NP or PA in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming or able to obtain them

- Current BLS, DEA, and full prescriptive authority

- 1 year minimum of NP or PA experience, preferably in oncology

**Schedule:**

- Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8-5 (4-10 hour days)

- No call, no weekends

**Salary:** $57.33 - $88.47 per hour
