## Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Freelands Croft Care Home in Fleet. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness within our home, leading a team of housekeepers, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness within our home, working closely with the maintenance and management teams

- Lead by example, vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, and generally ensuring the upkeep of all communal areas and resident's bedrooms

- Supervise housekeeping and laundry assistants, managing staff rotas, providing training, and ensuring that all housekeeping and domestic items are in stock or replenished accordingly

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a housekeeping role, with a focus on maintaining high standards and an organised environment

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

- Approachable and caring nature, with a desire to get to know residents and work closely with other teams
