## Description

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our team in South Carolina.

As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address identified needs

- Provide hands-on therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, manual therapy, and education

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina

- Ability to travel to various locations within the state
