## Description

Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform, needs a Technical Operations Engineer. You will become a domain expert in Connect and Risk and Compliance areas of Connect.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate and resolve technical inquiries from internal and external partners

- Organize and direct complex technical changes for product releases and merchant onboarding

- Identify and automate inefficient manual processes through code changes

- Design alerting systems to respond to incidents quickly

- Conduct data analysis to understand the impact of risk and compliance interventions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

- 2 years of experience in technical or technical user-facing roles

- Experience with developer tools like git, scripting languages like Ruby and Python, observability tooling, incident response, and SQL
