## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an intern in Product Management. As an intern, you will work at the interface of customer, technology, design, and brand, supporting product definition and offering strategies for vehicle equipment and exclusive manufactory options.

Your main tasks will include:

- Supporting product definitions and offering strategies for vehicle equipment and exclusive manufactory options

- Contributing to the concept and development phase of limited small series and market editions

- Creating decision-making templates

- Conducting competitive analyses and trend observations

- Working independently on projects in cooperation with other departments

- Analyzing country-specific product requirements

- Providing project-based support to product managers in various areas

- Supporting the market introduction of new vehicles and options

- Assisting in the preparation of training sessions, workshops, and conferences

The internship will last for 5 to 6 months, starting in February/March or August/September. We offer a dynamic and open team environment, insights into exciting vehicle projects, and flexible working hours.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Engineering (with a focus on marketing, sales, automotive economics, innovation management, or mechanical engineering), market research, or a related field (at least in the 3rd semester or gap year between bachelor and master)

- Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented working style

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- High affinity for the automotive industry

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Driver's license class B is advantageous

- Very good German and English language skills (min. B2), additional foreign languages are beneficial
