## Description

We are seeking an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support the Bombers Modifications & Upgrades IP&S Program in Oklahoma City, OK.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and project requirements

- Performing studies, analysis, risk assessments, and determining impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives

- Creating schedules, reports, metrics, and communicating plan updates throughout the lifecycle of a program or project

- Improving project management processes, business systems, and implementing best practices

- Directing all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion

- Acting as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

- Assisting customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensuring project control systems are in place

This position requires 1+ year of experience in a finance, scheduling, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role, as well as experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules using tools such as MS Project, Milestones, and Open Plan Professional.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher, 1+ year of experience using Open Plan Professional, and 1+ year of experience managing EVM metrics.

The typical salary range for this position is $71,400 - $96,600 per year.
