## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores.

You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and all the vital behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Keeping the shop floor clean and organised

- Working across the wider store where needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

Flexibility is vital. You’ll work across the wider store where needed – always keeping up with the pace and demands of retail.

This is a seasonal role, working over the Christmas period. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

The working pattern is as follows: Week 1:

- Sunday: 07:00 - 15:00

- Wednesday: 07:00 - 15:00

- Thursday: 07:00 - 15:00

- Friday: 07:00 - 15:00

Week 2:

- Monday: 07:00 - 15:00

- Tuesday: 07:00 - 15:00

- Saturday: 07:00 - 15:00
