## Description

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern to support Agoda's Employment and Corporate Governance team.

The team is responsible for ensuring that Agoda achieves the right results, the right way, and is well-suited to tackle complex and time-sensitive problems.

In this role, you'll get to:

- Support legal research on employment, corporate governance, and related regulatory topics.

- Help prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, templates, and records.

- Assist with corporate governance processes, including meeting materials, resolutions, and statutory records.

- Support employment-related projects and initiatives, such as policy updates and document reviews.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- To be currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and maintain student status throughout the internship period.

- To be available to participate in the internship program from 24th May to 30th July 2027 (10-week program).

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

- Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms.

- Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Strong numerical acumen.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment.

- Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt.

It's great if you have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
