## Description

As a Loss Prevention Officer at NEXT in Liverpool, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure working and shopping environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring our stores feel safe and secure places to work and shop

- Building strong relationships with store teams and local police

- Identifying high-risk areas and acting as a deterrent on the shop floor

- Engaging with store management to ensure company LP standards are adhered to

- Performing additional duties such as out-of-hours surveillance, LP auditing, and supporting other stores

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous security experience in a retail environment (preferred)

- Flexibility to work across different stores and opening times

- Ability to travel to cover a cluster of stores within a reasonable distance from your home

- Commitment to keeping store teams and customers safe

- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with store teams, police, and customers

- Full flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings
