## Description

We are looking for an On Premise Musketeer to join our team in Alexandria.

As an On Premise Musketeer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key On Premise accounts, including outlet owners, managers, bar staff, promoters, and distributors. You will act as a trusted business consultant to accounts, providing insights to grow mutual business value.

**Responsibilities:**

- Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key On Premise accounts.

- Territory Ownership & Market Development: Own and deeply understand the On Premise territory, including trends, competitors, key consumption occasions, and influencers.

- Sales Growth & Activation: Drive volume growth through effective activations, promotions, and visibility initiatives.

- Event & Activation Execution: Support and execute on-premise events and third-party activations.

- Planning, Reporting & Coordination: Plan weekly and monthly activities effectively, prioritizing high-impact outlets and opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, On Premise, FMCG, hospitality, or a related field.

- Previous experience in HORECA market is a strong advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Commercially aware with a solid understanding of sales fundamentals and basic financial concepts.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales data and customer performance.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

- Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills.

- “Street smart” with strong cultural and social awareness of different customer segments.

- Ability to adapt communication style and professional presence based on audience and environment.

- Full working knowledge on MS Office.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the On Premise environment.
