## Description

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to join the Hong Kong team at Soho House. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the timeliness of all food and beverage service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set tables and waiter stations according to standards

- Support service and bar staff in their service procedures

- Adhere to company service standards

- Support, encourage and assist junior staff

- Facilitate order taking and cash handling efficiently and accurately

- Lead and coordinate food and beverage service

- Transport food to guests and clear used utensils and equipment

- Support coordination of equipment and furniture transportation

- Have strong menu and product knowledge and communicate it confidently

- Be knowledgeable about the club, membership and facilities

- Monitor and supervise cash handling of subordinates

- Oversee a large section of guests and tables confidently and efficiently

- Be a role model and set a clear example of quality service for subordinates

Requirements:

- 3-5 years relevant work experience in F&B

- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers

- Customer-oriented and outstanding people skills

- Multitasking and working in a busy environment

- Possess a 'can-do' attitude and good communication skills

- Willing to work a flexible schedule

- Fluent in English
