## Description

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the team at Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The successful candidate will independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. They will develop individualised treatment plans using various physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. The Senior Physiotherapist will manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Independently assessing and treating patients with complex needs

- Developing individualised treatment plans

- Managing a designated caseload efficiently

- Acting as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students

- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records

- Participating in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement projects

- Demonstrating commitment to ongoing CPD and reflective practice

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

- Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas

- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities

- Commitment to team working and service improvement

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £25.00 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
