## Description

We are seeking a Manager of Project Management focused on Workforce Strategy and acting as a Labor Advisor to multiple teams within the Bank Tech organisation.

In this role, you will partner with engineering leaders and Chiefs of Staff to develop forward-looking plans to adapt our workforce for the future.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build strong relationships and leverage outstanding communication skills to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the company

- Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to customers and cross-functional teams to drive seamless delivery

- Leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure execution aligns with business intent

- Utilise strong oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively across diverse teams and organisational levels

- React seamlessly to shifting priorities and delivery focus, maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrate a self-motivated approach to identifying gaps and taking initiative without constant oversight

- Execute a disciplined, strategic approach to optimising internal processes and operational workflows

- Effectively balance long-term strategic thinking with the day-to-day tactical delivery required to keep operations running smoothly

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

- At least 5 years of experience in project management, process management, or program management

- At least 2 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions

- At least 2 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)

- 3+ years of experience driving organisational change and operational excellence

- 2+ years of experience in strategy development

- 2+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management Wilmington, DE: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
