## Description

We are looking for a Bezirksleiter (m/w/d) to join our team in the Großraum Hannover area. As a Bezirksleiter, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to existing customers, as well as actively acquiring new customers. You will analyze customer-specific requirements and develop suitable solutions. You will also present and sell complex products in a technical environment, work closely with other departments to develop and implement customer-specific solutions, and conduct market and competitor analysis. Additionally, you will plan and execute customer visits independently.

The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification, such as a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. First-hand experience in the machine building, electrical engineering, or production industry is desirable. Knowledge of lubricants and/or technical cleaners is an asset. You should have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills. You should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Travel within the region is required.
