## Description

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst to support the Structured Investments team. The role involves managing, developing, and maintaining the structured investments ecosystem on the platform for clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with supporting the development and execution of the company's strategy for Structured Investments.

- Support the development of new and existing relationships with investment banks, third-party distributors, and distribution partners.

- Maintain synchronization across industry groups to deliver a robust platform solution.

- Lead projects and provide analytical support to teammates.

- Compile, maintain, and analyze large data sets.

- Develop presentations with comprehensive data and analysis.

- Work with internal teams to develop meaningful measurements of success.

- Create a product offering that meets client needs.

- Drive process improvement through technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- 1+ year of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

- Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.

- Demonstrated client service skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Desire to work in a cross-functional environment.

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Series 7 and 63 certifications are preferred.
