## Description

We're seeking a Manager, Portfolio Credit Risk to strengthen Judo's credit risk management framework and support portfolio growth. As a key player, you'll lead portfolio risk analytics, expected credit loss assessments, and provision stress testing, ensuring robust credit risk methodologies.

Responsibilities:

- Enhance and govern Judo's IFRS 9 / AASB 9 Expected Credit Loss methodology and provisioning framework

- Oversee portfolio credit risk analytics, provision assessments, and stress testing activities

- Assess provision adequacy and emerging portfolio risks

- Drive continuous improvement of credit risk models, methodologies, and reporting

- Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, and Risk teams to support internal and external reporting

- Present analysis and recommendations to senior management and risk committees

- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline risk reporting and processes

- Support the development of portfolio risk capabilities

- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on learning and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in portfolio credit risk, credit analytics, or risk management

- Strong knowledge of IFRS 9 / AASB 9 Expected Credit Loss frameworks

- Experience analysing portfolio performance, impairment trends, and credit risk drivers

- Advanced analytical capability with tools like SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Snowflake

- Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights

- Strong stakeholder management skills
