## Description

We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking), Starbucks to join our team at Target.

Working as a Guest Advocate at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. You will be part of a team that ensures product is in stock, available, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor in our smallest format stores.

As a Guest Advocate, you will provide exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Making changes to sales floor merchandise displays

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

**Responsibilities:**

**Physical Demands:**

- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely

- Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift or move merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays)

- Come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts, and take required meal and rest breaks

- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties
