## Description

The Cluster Director of Commercial is responsible for driving the commercial performance of multiple MGallery hotels in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies across the cluster

- Drive revenue performance (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy)

- Lead Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management functions

- Build and maintain key client relationships

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities

- Work closely with General Managers to achieve business goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Approximately 7+ years of experience in hospitality commercial roles

- Background in Sales, Revenue Management, or Marketing

- Leadership or team management experience preferred

- Experience in multi-property or cluster roles is a plus

- Experience in international or lifestyle/luxury brands is an advantage

Skills:

- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and results

- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills

- Self-driven and proactive approach to work

- Business level English & Japanese
