## Description

Kody is redefining the future of commerce by building the next generation of Agentic Commerce and Embedded Finance platforms. We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and execution-driven Technical Product Owner to join our core product team.

You will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, defining high-impact merchant solutions, and driving the delivery of products that merge payment technology with intelligent business tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research on the global Fintech landscape, payment regulations, and competitor offerings to identify high-potential product opportunities.

- Own the product lifecycle for Kody's core features from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Collaborate closely with global engineering, design, and operations teams to translate complex merchant pain points into intuitive, reliable product solutions.

- Establish key product metrics to track feature adoption among merchants, leveraging data insights to continually iterate and optimize the platform's user experience.

- Coordinate with compliance, banking partners, and regional teams to ensure solutions are secure, regulatory-compliant, and localized for different markets.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of product management experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, POS/SaaS solutions, or Merchant-facing (B2B) products.

- Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier global university in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

- Excellent professional English proficiency.

- Solid understanding of payment ecosystems is highly preferred.

- Exceptional ability to break down ambiguous business requirements into structured, prioritized product backlogs.
