As an Associate, Commercial Planning - Longtail, you will play a crucial role in managing Longtail commercial plans, analyzing lever efficiency, and guiding investment allocation to ensure target delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing Longtail commercial plans and analyzing lever efficiency to guide investment allocation and ensure target delivery

- Managing weekly performance metrics and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams to optimize promotional investments and ensure effectiveness against planning

- Coordinating with relevant teams to execute the commercial campaign calendar and establishing best practices that drive merchant growth

- Evaluating growth experiments and maintaining performance dashboards to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous business improvement

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in commercial planning, strategy, business analytics, or related roles

- Strong analytical skills (SQL and/or BI tools), with the ability to reason from data to business decisions

- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and comfort working with large datasets

- Structured problem-solving and strong stakeholder communication

- High ownership: proactive, organized, and able to deliver under tight timelines
