## Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist - Cashier to join our team at Hotel Ibis Styles Medellín. As a leading global hospitality group, Accor operates a wide range of brands across various segments, from economy to luxury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, controlling room keys and cash handling, coordinating reservations, and offering information about the hotel and its services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills

- Managing check-in and check-out procedures

- Handling cash and room key transactions

- Coordinating reservations and guest requests

- Maintaining knowledge of hotel services and operations

Requirements:

- Technical qualification in Hospitality and Tourism or 1 year of relevant experience

- Basic English language skills

- Knowledge of hotel management systems such as Zeus

- Understanding of check-in and check-out procedures

- Customer service and communication skills

- Familiarity with billing and payment operations

- Knowledge of hotel laws and regulations, including data privacy and consumer protection

- Basic accounting and daily revenue reconciliation

- Tax knowledge (IVA, withholding taxes, etc.)
