As the delivery lead for a diverse software development team building internal platforms and tools for EA studios, you will report to a Development Director. Your role involves translating product strategy into executable plans and leading delivery from planning through release. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Technical Artists to ensure predictable, high-quality software delivery while encouraging continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders to translate product strategy goals into executable delivery plans.

- Manage Agile delivery for the team, monitoring execution against plans and ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Anticipate delivery challenges and organisational gaps, leading solutions across teams and partners.

- Work with Engineering, QA, and Product partners to monitor delivery health and improve team effectiveness.

- Support and develop direct reports, fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Lead a team of approximately five direct reports, including Software Engineers and a UI Designer.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of project or program management experience leading software development projects.

- 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and supporting employee development.

- Experience with the software development lifecycle and Agile software delivery.

- Interest in modern software development practices and AI-enabled technologies.
