## Description

We are seeking a Workday Integrations Engineer 4 to join our team. As part of a team that's leading the next wave of disruption on a whole new scale, you will play an integral part in advancing Capital One's Human Resource Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence.

You will be responsible for:

- Understanding and translating business priorities while integrating HR value proposition and strategies

- Delivering solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits

- Communicating effectively across teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and influencing solutions across business partners

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights

- Designing and developing complex integrations within the Workday platform

- Providing technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies, security, troubleshooting system issues, data analysis, vendor management, and coordination with other HR/Enterprise teams

- Leading a team of integrators and configurators to support the Workday HCM modules

- Working with product owners to align on priorities and deliver on key objectives using Agile methodologies

- Designing and developing automation workflows, performing unit tests, and conducting code reviews

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 6 years of experience on HR platforms (Workday)

- At least 4 years of experience with Workday Integrations or functional configuration related tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance Management)

- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects

Preferred qualifications include:

- 7+ years of experience working with Workday Human Resources modules

- 5+ years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP

- Experience with building solutions on Workday Extend

- Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management)

The salary range for this role varies by location:

- Cambridge, MA: $164,800 - $188,100

- Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100

- Plano, TX: $149,800 - $171,000

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
