If you're a motivated Social Worker looking for a new challenge, consider joining London Borough of Enfield's Children in Care team.

We're one of 27 local authorities implementing the Family Safeguarding model, which takes a whole-family approach to working with children and families.

As a Children in Care Social Worker, you'll support children living with relatives, friends, or foster families, as well as prospective adopters or older children in children's homes and semi-independent units.

Your role will involve building sustainable relationships, planning for permanence, ensuring safety, and supporting children to reach their full potential.

You'll also prepare reports, undertake direct work with families, and participate in Family Safeguarding Supervision sessions.
