## Description

We're looking for a Director, CPG Sales to lead our monetization efforts for the CPG vertical in DACH. You'll report to the Managing Director, Sales (DACH), and be responsible for building Pinterest's CPG business in one of Europe's largest markets.

You will:

- Lead our sales strategy and execution for CPG in DACH.

- Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Develop market and competitive assessments to identify new opportunities.

- Build relationships with partners' executive and operational teams.

- Close strategic partnerships and scale revenue with CPG advertisers.

- Drive sales operational excellence across key metrics.

- Partner with Sales Operations and Measurement teams to analyze data trends.

- Contribute to the success of the country through collaboration across verticals and teams.

- Act as an external spokesperson and evangelize our value proposition in DACH.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in the digital media industry.

- 5+ years of management experience.

- Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, or marketing.

- Strong team player with experience in leading marketing or sales teams.

- Ability to work with executive-level business and marketing leaders.

- Established industry leader with a strong network amongst CPG companies.

- Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes.

- Business fluency in German and English languages.

- Outstanding go-to-market strategy and operational rigor.

- Strong leadership skills that inspire and drive urgency.

- Strong cross-functional partnership to drive discussions with product and engineering teams.

- Strong influencing skills to build and direct sales priorities.

- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to excel in a growth environment.

- Passion for Pinterest and its mission.
