## Description

We are seeking a New Product Development Technologist Specialist to support our chilled food range product development activities. As part of the Concept to Launch Process, you will ensure timely completion of Existing Product Development (EPD) and New Product Development (NPD) processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the development journey from concept to launch

- Communicating with stakeholders, including retail teams and suppliers

- Managing timelines and tasks

- Ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency in documentation

- Collaborating with colleagues to turn product briefs into reality

- Sourcing new raw materials and handling paperwork

- Formulating recipes and preparing samples

- Coordinating factory trials and overseeing production runs

- Organising tasting sessions and benchmarking

- Evaluating product performance post-launch
