## Description

The Health IT Division of the Fed Civ Business Area of the Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos has an immediate opening for a Senior Director, Growth - Federal IT.

The Senior Director, Growth - Federal IT, will work directly with the Business Area Growth Officer and collaborate closely with the IT Division Managers to support the growth and strategic development of the Financials and Health IT Divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers across the Financials and Health IT portfolios

- Facilitating the creation of business strategies for the Financials and Health IT portfolios

- Contributing to the annual operating plan based on established growth strategies

- Managing a team of Growth leads and building a pipeline that meets AOP commitments

- Collaborating with line, business development, and solution architect organizations to create innovative solutions for customers

- Cross-collaborating with other Leidos Sectors to build holistic winning approaches

- Leveraging customer understanding and data to inform investment decisions

- Partnering with the Business Area CTO and Line organization to align investments with customer needs

- Developing and executing streamlined On-Contract Growth plans

- Working with sector leadership, marketing, communications, and account teams to develop and execute Customer Call Plans

- Providing review, oversight, direction, and leadership to various program teams

- Providing technical advice and input that impacts strategic client outputs and IT business results

- Collaborating with Growth organization and growth and capture personnel to impact PWIN

- Executing customer engagement that establishes evidence and positions Leidos with a competitive advantage

- Briefing senior leadership on growth strategy and its execution

- Cross-collaborating for OneLeidos vision to benefit customers

- Identifying and initiating strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

- Building and growing efficient teams to provide outcomes and results

- Performing special projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge and past performance working with Federal Financial and Health Agencies

- Experience running a successful growth practice, including captures and closing deals with Federal Financial and Health customers

- Proven track record of achieving wins on takeaways, recompetes, and on-contract growth new business opportunities

- Demonstrated experience to effectively engage a diverse workforce of employees and subcontractors

- Prior experience running a portfolio of programs within the federal market

- Knowledge and experience in managing multiple contract types and innovative acquisition models

- Highly effective oral and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

- A Master's Degree in business administration or a health-related field

- Experience directing a distributed team, managing multiple customers, programs, and projects

- Knowledge of innovative industry business models and corresponding 'go-to-market' solutions.
