## Description

We are seeking a Membership Manager to look after our members at Soho House Los Cabos.

As the face of the club, you will be responsible for directly managing our carefully chosen membership base, recruiting new members, and maintaining relationships with existing members.

Your main duties will include:

- Upholding Soho House brand standards

- Managing and interacting with members on a daily basis

- Generating applications for the waitlist through your network and knowledge of the creative industries

- Reporting to work as scheduled and being well-groomed

- Maintaining professional relationships with coworkers and guests

- Resolving member issues and concerns

- Generating daily reports of ongoing activities and feedback

- Playing a central role in the maintenance and management of the membership committee

- Supporting the Head of Membership to review new member applications

- Managing the membership admin team

- Supporting the membership team with retention of members

- Maintaining a constant presence in the club and being the 'face' of the house to members

- Playing an active part in the creation and implementation of the members events program

- Welcoming new members and hosting introductions

- Promoting the club to new members through tours and guest listings

- Engaging in the local creative and club scenes

- Facilitating access to the club for visiting high-profile celebrities and personalities

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relative experience with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation

- 2+ years of management experience

- Extensive knowledge of the local area and a personal network of contacts in different industries

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Sophisticated communication skills and high standards of performance

- Charismatic and confident creative individual with in-depth knowledge of the local market

- Experience with dealing with celebrities and high-profile events

- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
