CVS Health in HR Technology space is looking for a dynamic and driven Engineering Leader to work with cross-functional engineering teams tasked with creating best in class experiences focused on identifying, prioritizing, and shaping HR Technology platforms.

**Responsibilities:**

- Platform Strategy & Delivery: Define and drive the Platform strategy and delivery working with Architecture, Technical Product owners and AppDev teams across the portfolios.

- Platform Engineering & Developer Experience: Build and scale internal platforms (IPs), golden paths, and self-service tools to lower developer cognitive load and developer experience.

- DevOps & Automation Leadership: Scale CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps workflows, and DevSecOps practices to embed security and observability into delivery pipelines.

- Solution Engineering & Integration: Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions, patterns, and enterprise integrations.

- Team & Budget Management: Mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams of Engineers, DevOps, site reliability (SRE), manage cloud spend budgets, vendor negotiations, and resource forecasting.

- Metrics & Governance: Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics while managing cloud costs and compliance.

- Emerging Technology Integration: Evaluate, Build and integrate AI/ML tools, cloud-native services, and automation frameworks into the Platform and software delivery lifecycle.

**Requirements:**

- 10+ years working as a Technology & Engineering Leader leading the full cycle of large software engineering programs.

- 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.

- 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams to influence product development.

- 4+ years of experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, demos, onboarding sessions, and enablement activities.

- 2+ years in a leadership role, coordinating across software cross-functional teams.
