## Description

Samsara is seeking a Senior Early Talent & G&A Recruiter to lead Engineering Early Talent and G&A hiring across multiple businesses in EMEA.

As a Senior Early Talent & G&A Recruiter, you will partner with regional and global leaders, build sourcing strategies, and give every candidate a standout experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead G&A hiring across EMEA, partnering with business leaders and planning hiring by function

- Build Early Talent programs in EMEA, leading local New Grad and Intern hiring and growing university relations

- Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

- Manage the pipeline from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

- Use data to refine recruiting strategy and influence hiring decisions

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through impactful hiring programs

Requirements:

- 6+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech organization

- Experience building Early Talent programs and hiring for Engineering New Grads and Interns in UK and G&A roles in EMEA

- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and executive presence

- Innovation mindset and AI-forward approach
