## Description

Ubisoft is seeking a Team Lead for its Procedural Team within the Anvil Pipeline World Building team.

As a Team Lead, you will collaborate with the domain leadership team on projects within your scope.

Responsibilities:

- Plan milestones and sprints with relevant stakeholders.

- Create, prioritise, assign, and track tasks and team progress against deliverables.

- Proactively identify risks and blockers, proposing solutions to the domain lead.

- Regularly review progress with team members, participate in individual development, and contribute to performance evaluations.

- Work closely with the World Building domain lead and Anvil Pipeline production team to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

Requirements:

- Effective collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

- Good time management and prioritisation.

- Ability to develop high-performing teams.

- Stress management and adaptability.

- Experience with AAA game development cycles.

Technical Skills:

- C++.

- Development and production tools like Perforce, Visual Studio, Jira, and Office 365.

- Real-time constraints, game engines, and level editors.

- Knowledge of procedural visual content generation tools (e.g., UE PCG, Houdini) is an asset.

- Familiarity with world creation tools is an asset.

- Understanding of data organisation in game engines (entities, components, object model) is an asset.
