## Description

We are seeking a Housing & Property Senior Engagement Officer to join our team in Camden. You will be responsible for delivering Council goals through effective communications and engagement strategies. The role involves developing and implementing plans to engage with local communities, building relationships with community groups and stakeholders, and providing support for elected members.

The successful candidate will have excellent teamwork, collaboration, and partnership-building skills, as well as experience in business case development and successful external funding bids. You will be able to lead and motivate support, and have high-level abilities in written and verbal communication.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing strategies to effectively engage with local communities

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with community groups and stakeholders

- Organising public consultations and events

- Providing support for elected members

- Data collection and analysis

- Volunteer management

- Conflict resolution

- Contributing to policy development
