## Description

As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Amsterdam West store, you will provide expert product advice to customers, setting an example for your team.

You will be the go-to person for colleagues on the shop floor and assist with complex customer queries.

Your responsibilities include:

- Training, supervising, coaching, and guiding your colleagues on the shop floor

- Proactively giving feedback to help colleagues improve their work

- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve the Coolblue store

- Sharing your ideas with the Store Manager

The salary for this role ranges from €2,891 to €3,091 per month for 40 hours, depending on experience.
