## Description

We're looking for a GTM Partnerships Manager to drive Airwallex's expansion across Thailand by building a strong channel partner network. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.

Responsibilities:

- Grow revenue through partner referrals and channel-led routes to market

- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and strategic ambassadors across e-commerce, start-ups, travel, and other key target segments

- Own partnership processes from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, activation, and ongoing management

- Partner with Legal, Strategy, Operations, and Finance to unlock new partner segments and markets and deliver a seamless experience for partners

- Strengthen Airwallex's go-to-market strategy by developing ideas and initiatives through partnerships

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Native proficiency in written and spoken Thai

- 5+ years' experience in partnerships, sales, marketing, business development, or go-to-market strategy within a fintech environment

- Existing relationships or a strong network with referral partners in technology, e-commerce, start-ups, travel, or corporate service providers across Thailand

- Experience acquiring and managing commercial partnerships, including prospecting, negotiation, proposal development, contracting, onboarding, and activation

- A track record of delivering revenue through partner referrals or other channel-led routes to market

- Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
