## Description

We are seeking a full-time Recepcionista to join our team at Accor in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

As a Recepcionista, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting guests/clients at the front desk or by phone, identifying them and providing various information and clarifications (reservations, flight confirmation, addresses/phone numbers of local places, complaints, etc.)

- Performing check-in for guests, providing key cards and directing them to their respective rooms

- Handling check-out procedures, closing invoices, receiving payments, and organizing related documents

- Ensuring adherence to reception procedures and preparing autocontrol processes and procedures

- Mediating conflicts and intervening in critical/unusual situations with clients/guests

- Updating the system with client reservation information

- Offering, scoring, and operating the loyalty program according to established standards

- Passing on shift duties, following pre-established procedures

- Providing guidance to colleagues on reception-related matters, if necessary

- Handling phone calls, following network and unit standards

- Maintaining organized files

- Executing other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in the field

- Intermediate English skills

- Completed higher education in Hospitality or a related field
