## Description

We are seeking a Junior Quality Coordinator to support our client's Search Quality Rater project. As a Junior Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing data on quality performance, producing statistical quality reports, monitoring progress, and creating related documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze data on quality performance and produce statistical quality reports

- Monitor progress and create related documentation

- Complete Internal Assessments

- Provide feedback on blind test ranges and queries coming from the team

- May provide ad-hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices and client's expectations

- Flag raters that show any behavioral concerns

- May analyze RCAs provided by resources and request clarifications, as necessary

- Participate in the creation/review of new training material

- Keep track of data and analyze it

- Attend meetings with different stakeholders as applicable

- Monitor raters' queries

- Perform other program-specific tasks needed to achieve OKRs

Requirements:

- Fully Proficient in Spanish (Mexico)

- Strong understanding of English

- Located in Mexico

- Strong understanding of popular culture in Spanish (Mexico)

- Dedicated only to Search Quality rating program

- No current or previous experience with Ads quality rating

- Only one person in your household working as a Search Quality Rater

- Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent online research skills

- Reliable computer system and internet connection

- Reliable anti-virus software

- Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions and rules

- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality

- Pass learning modules and a required quality test designed by our client before starting work
