## Description

We're seeking an intern to join our Customer Operations team in Seletar, Singapore, from January to May/June 2027. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop skills to make a real impact.

**Role Overview** You'll engage directly with customers, manage cases, and support programme management of customer projects. This role drives operational excellence and supports our Services teams in delivering core business activities across the region.

**Responsibilities**

- Execute service delivery tasks within the region, focusing on specific areas or multiple engine teams and service lines

- Prioritise tasks independently, based on safety, contractual obligations, and availability assurance

- Support delivery of Entry into Service (EIS) activities for new and transitioned fleets

- Contribute to customer account meetings with relevant, standardised operational content

- Operate in a customer-facing capacity, without being directly customer-aligned

**Requirements**

- Students studying Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Materials, etc.)

- Drive for delivering results

- Strong IT skills, with experience using Excel and Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Exposure or knowledge of programme management is preferred

- Strong team player with essential teamwork skills
