## Job Overview

The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in working with delivery drivers on a day-to-day basis at Weee!, the largest and fastest-growing ethnic e-grocer in the United States. This role is based onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, New Jersey.

## Responsibilities

- Identify orders for the next day and create a route plan for deliveries using Weee's routing software.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a sufficient driver pool is ready for the business.

- Understand driver performance and provide necessary support.

- Suggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding delivery performance for the warehouse.

- Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned.

- Drive company vans to various maintenance vendors if needed.

- Deliver packages if needed.

- Perform basic fleet maintenance.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the fleet and warehouse.

## Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.

- 2+ years of logistics or warehouse operations experience.

- 1+ years of experience using Excel, Google Suite, AI tools, and handling large amounts of data, including creating pivot tables and data visualization.

- Valid driver's license.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

- Ability to deliver packages as needed.

- Ability to stand for long hours and adapt to extreme weather conditions.

- Ability to work one day on weekends.

## Compensation Range

- The US base pay range for this full-time position is $22-$27/hr.

- This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
