We are looking for a solutions-oriented expert with a passion for software development and automation of complex business processes. As a technical expert, you will play a key role in shaping our digital process management team and contributing to the development of our bank's digital transformation strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design and implement compliance-conformant Python applications and automate complex end-to-end business processes using Python, SQL, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

- Develop forward-looking, automated Power BI dashboards to transform extensive data into informed strategic decision-making grounds.

- Identify inefficiencies in existing operational workflows and design projects to sustainably improve data quality and process efficiency in close collaboration with departments.

- Provide strategic advice to the Operations department on digital infrastructure and act as a central point of contact for stakeholders on BI solutions and data visualization.

- Optimize strategically decisive reporting through the application of innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, or economics.

- Experience in software development with Python and strong knowledge of SQL and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

- Relevant experience in process automation and data analysis, preferably in the context of CSC processes.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze processes, and competence to present complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.

- High level of initiative, result orientation, and ability to drive and implement change.

- Excellent MS Office skills.

- Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
