We're looking for a talented and efficient Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio team.

This is an execution-focused role ideal for a designer who loves the craft of layout and production and thrives on getting things done.

Reporting directly to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will support the production of a vast array of assets for a key client.

You will be the engine room of the team,taking direction from the Lead and turning around high-quality website updates, internal collateral, and presentation decks with speed and precision.

**Core Responsibilities**

- Design Execution & Production:

- Execute the production of a high volume of assets for the client, ensuring rapid turnaround and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

- Produce diverse deliverables based on briefs and direction from the Team Lead, including website updates, internal collateral documents, marketing materials, and digital assets.

- Assist in formatting and refining high-level presentations and insight decks using Microsoft PowerPoint, turning raw content into clean, professional slides.

- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure all files are organized, named correctly, and ready for delivery.

- Collaboration & Workflow:

- Work closely with the Team Lead to implement feedback and revisions quickly and accurately.

- Manage your own daily task list within our project management tools to ensure deadlines are met.

- Support the broader team with ad-hoc design requests as needed.

**The Ideal Skill Set**

- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.

- Experience working with large retail clients or handling high-volume asset production.

**Technical Skills**

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is non-negotiable. You must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for creating templates, decks, and documents.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Experience with Figma or Sketch for web-based assets is a plus.

- Knowledge of print production processes.
