## Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of Video Post Production to lead and manage our in-house video post-production team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role responsible for overseeing workflows across multiple projects, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality content across all channels.

The successful candidate will oversee the full post-production process from ingest through to final delivery, manage multiple concurrent projects, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. They will also build and maintain efficient post-production workflows across all disciplines, act as the primary liaison between creative, production, and post teams, and manage and support a team of editors, colourists, Flame artists, and CGI artists.

Key responsibilities include:

- Post-Production Management: Oversee the full post-production process from ingest through to final delivery, manage multiple concurrent projects, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Tools and NAS Management/oversight: Manage and maintain efficient post-production workflows across all disciplines, and ensure consistency in file management, version control, and delivery standards.

- Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of editors, colourists, Flame artists, and CGI artists, allocate resources effectively across projects based on priorities and deadlines, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

- Workflow & Operations: Design, implement, and optimise post-production pipelines, troubleshoot workflow issues, and implement scalable solutions.

- Quality Control: Maintain high creative and technical standards across all outputs, oversee review and feedback processes, and ensure deliverables meet platform and brand specifications.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Post Producer, Senior Post Coordinator, or similar role, with a strong understanding of post-production workflows across editing, colour grading, Flame/finishing, and CGI/VFX pipelines. They will also have excellent organisational and scheduling skills, strong leadership and team management experience, and confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
