## Description

We are seeking an experienced Simulation Engineer to develop and maintain vehicle dynamics simulation models for off-road and defense vehicle platforms. The successful candidate will create and validate vehicle dynamics and tire-soil interaction models, support Driver-in-the-Loop testing, and correlate simulation results with physical test data to deliver objective engineering solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain vehicle dynamics simulation models for off-road and defense vehicle platforms

- Create and validate vehicle dynamics and tire-soil interaction models

- Support Driver-in-the-Loop testing and correlate simulation results with physical test data

**Requirements:**

- University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics fundamentals (lateral, longitudinal, and vertical dynamics)

- Understanding of off-road vehicle architectures (suspension, drivetrain, steering systems)

- Experience with tire-soil interaction modeling (e.g., Bekker, FTire on soft soil) is considered a plus

- Experience with AVL VSM or comparable vehicle dynamics simulation tools (e.g., Adams Car, CarMaker, VI-Grade)

- Proficient in data analysis and scripting (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Python)

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar)

- Familiarity or interest in Driver-in-the-Loop simulation environments and real-time model requirements

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Team player with good communication skills in a cross-functional, international environment

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for testing campaigns and customer workshops
