WSP's aviation experts plan, design, and manage the construction of airports, focusing on resilience, sustainability, and smart technologies. We're currently looking for a Civil Engineer to help deliver UK and international engineering projects.

**Responsibilities include:**

- Supporting the preparation of technical reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications for airfield engineering projects

- Identifying and managing design risks, issues, and Request for Information (RFIs)

- Ensuring deliverables and milestones are achieved to cost, quality, and time targets

- Promoting excellent health and safety practices, including safety in design and CDM regulations compliance

- Assisting Project Managers with project progress monitoring and developing project controls

- Responding to client directions and maintaining relationships with clients and peers

**We'd love to hear from you if you have:**

- A university degree in civil engineering, construction, design, or a related discipline

- Experience delivering civil engineering projects (not necessarily aviation-specific)

- Knowledge of international airfield design standards (ICAO, CAA, EASA, FAA) is preferable

- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a team environment, share ideas, and collaborate with colleagues

- Confidence to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
