Join Sanford Health's Beatrice Good Samaritan facility as a Physical Therapist Assistant. We are a leading provider of senior care and services, offering a unique blend of skilled rehabilitation and long-term care. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist patients with therapy activities and exercises to improve their quality of life and ability to perform daily activities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide, monitor, and record therapy services to patients with physical, cognitive, and developmental impairments.

- Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions consistent with patient goals and practice setting requirements.

- Collaborate with physical therapists to exchange information and provide documentation on patient progress.

- Follow accepted clinical practice guidelines and adhere to state licensure standards.

**Requirements:**

- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.

- Graduate of an approved American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state(s) of practice.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment.

**Schedule Details:**

- PRN - pick up open shifts/hours as it fits with your schedule

- Monday - Friday (weekdays/weekends/holidays can be flexible)

- Paid travel and mileage between home health patients.
