## Description

We are looking for a student to join our Engineering - Industrial Automation team as an intern.

The production environment at our site uses industrial PCs running commercial software packages and internally developed applications, including SCADA projects on the Siemens WinCC platform.

Your task will be to research and develop a script-based solution to automatically detect, identify, and document applications.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze the existing application environment

- Determine the necessary data for a complete application inventory

- Develop a script to automatically detect internally developed applications and SCADA projects

- Compare collected information with configuration and application data registered in Jira

- Identify and analyze differences and discrepancies

- Develop a discrepancy report mapping missing, incorrect, or unregistered applications

- Collect, process, and report data

- Formulate improvement proposals for future application and asset management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Applied Informatics, Industrial Informatics, Electronics-ICT, or similar

- Interest in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python)

- Analytical mindset and structured work approach

- Affinity with data analysis and system inventory

- Curiosity about industrial IT environments and SCADA systems

- Self-motivated and proactive

- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
